1. Movable jaw assembly adopts a high-quality steel casting, and moves through two large cast steel flywheel drive. In addition, heavy eccentric shaft has also adopted forging billet for processing. All those make the JCE series of jaw crushers with exceptional reliability.

Integrated cast steel structured axle bearing housing can guarantee to be perfectly cooperating with the crushing frame. Meanwhile, it greatly enhances the intensity of the axle bearing, which could not be performed in the separated styled axle bearing.

THE WEARING PARTS:

The crushing plates made of highly wear-resistant austenitic manganese steel casting are constructed in such a way that they can easily be turned after having loosen the clamping parts. The easily-replaceable side wedges are made of wear-resistant sheet steel or steel casting. Lower side wedge, upper side wedge, crushing plate, wedge and assembly screws.

CONSTRUCTIONAL FEATURES:

Main frame / Body Fully fabricated heavy duty single side plate design. All the models are fully stress relived after fabrication and machining.
Swing Jaw
A Computer designed field tested open back fabricated rib design on the pitman casting increases portability while maintaining structural integrity.
Eccentric Shaft
The eccentric shaft is machined from heat treated chrome molybdenum steel to withstand enormous hard rock crushing loads.
Also shafts is finished ground to achieve a perfect bearing fit. "SBM" provides the optimum shaft stroke for maximum crushing pressure and high volume production.
Toggle Plate Arrangement
Precise toggle plate angle and placement optimizes crushing action through out the full range of closed side settings.
Liners
Both fixed and swing jaw liners can be reversed for extended service life. Locking arrangement is made in a such a way that it offers easy replacement with reduced maintanance cost. Cheek Plates are provided to protect the main frame.
Fly Wheel
Individually designed and balanced for each crusher size. "SBM" fly wheel ensures smooth running operation.
Bearing Arrangement
Rugged, spherical, self aligning roller bearing design and selection will withstand both side thrust & heavy radial loads without special retaining mechanism. A special sealing arrangement on the shaft provides protection for the bearing from the ingress of dust.
Gap Setting Adjustment
Conveniently located on the crusher back side, the hand operated mechanical adjustment allows fast & easy closed side settings. Hydraulic adjustment is a standard feature for Jaw Crushers of 36" X 24" and higher sizes.
